Some feeling after watching Vampire Diaries
Vampire Diaries was the most popular and famous TV shows around the world since last year. To someone, such kind of TV show was horrible and disgusting, but most teenagers were fascinated by such TV show. Under the encouragement of my friend, I copied Vampire Diaries Season 1 from his Notebook and watched episode by episode. After finished the whole Season, I’d like to share some information and express my feeling.
Long sentence translation skills
Anyone engaged in translation surrounded by a kind of feeling: do not fond of translating long sentences of professional English cause of so many sentence elements and subordinate clauses need to be processed. How to handle them correctly is really a big headache to us. So if wanna be good at translating long sentences, we must equipped ourselves with one strong ability—analyzing sentence from grammatical structure level, changing complex sentence into simple meaning group, catching out the main idea, thus the fluent translation will no longer be a difficult issue.

No matter what kind of article translated, we would encounter the problem of style. So we must fully understand whether it is scientific article, legal article, introductory speech or an advertisement. Because the article style is quite different in the form of expression, such as the legal style has some common used legal words, technology will have their own specialized terminology, practical articles sometimes has strict format requirements, literature is more complicated, because the dialogue ,description, psychological description, scenery or character description is separately different.
