BrillKids Inc. is a privately held company which has its head office in Hong Kong. ﹒REQUIREMENT:
1. The client asked CCJK to do Traditional Chinese translation for his company website as he planned to promote business into Hongkong market. He required CCJK to translate the whole website files which were in PHP format and keep the translated contents in PHP format. There were about 70,000 words in total and the client asked CCJK to complete it in two weeks.

2. The client continued to ask CCJK to do Traditional Chinese translation of Youtube scripts in the website. CCJK was required to make sure the lines not too long, so the words would fit onto the video, to separate the sentence to the next line, not the next time code section if necessary, to keep the meaning inside the same time code section and try not to separate a meaning while separating the sentence.

﹒The CCJK SOLUTION:
1. CCJK assigned professional translators team (including translator, editor and proofreader) to complete this job. To make sure of the high quality, CCJK always run a strict TEP( Translation, Editing and Proofreading) process to do the translation. That is, CCJK will assign not only one translator, but at least 3 linguists to the project: we translate from scratch by a linguist, then pass the translated documents to another editor for reviewing, and finally to a 3rd proofreader for polishing, and CCJK only provide 100% human translation by veteran translators and will never use machine/software automatic translation. Furthermore, as they were all in PHP files, CCJK assigned a skilled engineer to assist to analyze these files for which contents need to be translated or not and help to check if the translated files are kept as the source.

2. CCJK assigned the same translators, editor and proofreader to do this job as they are familiar with the relative contents from the last project. And they finished it as soon as possible according to all the requirements.
