About the project:
The Client was looking for a native Japanese translator to translate existing sales brochure from English to Japanese. Such sales brochure will distribute on Japanese market and provide to government, so the translation quality must be super high level and can be understood by natives.

Challenge:
1. Translation material is related to biochemical sector and need professional personnel to handle this project.

2. Customer needed the final document urgently and we need translated in 1 day and do the DTP for them and submit to them in another day.

3. Customer will arrange native Japanese colleague to proofreading to validate our translation quality.

4. The turnaround time is one working day.

Our Solution:
To make sure of top quality, CCJK will assign not only one translator, but at least 3 linguists to the project to implement an extremely strict TEP (Translation, Editing, Proofreading) process, i.e., we translate from scratch by a linguist, then pass the translated documents to another editor for reviewing, and finally to a 3rd proofreader for polishing.
