It’s time-consuming to manually extract those translatable words for translation. Also judging the repetition words by human eyes used to be difficult and error prone.

Post-processing and Desktop Publishing (DTP)

The DTP operator manually copy the translated text and paste back into INDD. Hard-working and time spent are 3 or 5 times.

The DTP operator save the translated .inx file as INDD file in target language. All basic formatting are there, the DTP operator needs only do some minor touch-up on the target INDD, thus save time 3 or 5 times.
