It’s time-consuming to manually extract those translatable words for translation. Also judging the repetition words by human eyes used to be difficult and error prone.

We use Computer Aided Tool (CAT) to translate the .inx file directly. Every translation unit will be saved in memory. One time translated, multi-time used. Thus save your cost (at least 30%) while enhancing quality and consistency.

Post-processing and Desktop Publishing (DTP)

The DTP operator manually copy the translated text and paste back into INDD. Hard-working and time spent are 3 or 5 times.

The DTP operator save the translated .inx file as INDD file in target language. All basic formatting are there, the DTP operator needs only do some minor touch-up on the target INDD, thus save time 3 or 5 times.
