About Project:

A third-party intermediary business approached us to get professional WordPress website translation for end-user TTi Global. They wanted a service provider who could help them translate a website into nine different foreign languages using WordPress. Our team helped them export the website into XML for translation, then import it back in and finalize the website so that it is formatted correctly. Since 2002, CCJK Technologies has provided one-stop solutions for clients in its language service, so it’s easy for us to take on this project.

Our Solution:

Because our client is also a translation company, we couldn’t reveal too much information on WordPress translation to help them fully understand our entire process. Since the time was limited for the project, we provided the best solution for them and hope they completely depend on our service in translation. We managed the translation process and uploaded the translated contents to the client server:

• We asked them to get backend login information from the client; we downloaded all the contents of web pages and directly translated them into HTML files.
• For this project’s translation process, our team needed hosting credentials so that the technical and translation teams could work together to provide the ultimate quality solution.
• For every language to be translated, we assigned professional native language translators with subject-matter expertise.
• For an urgent service, we allocated this project to a large team that would be able to deliver it on time.
• After finishing the translation and QA processes, we uploaded these translated web pages to their server.
