在与客户的联系过程中,如何通过沟通拉近与客户的距离,获得客户的认同,对业务成功有着很大的帮助。特别是邮件的“开场白”,如果写得很得体,丝丝入扣,定能让客户刮目相看。下面从同事们写的邮件中整理出一些,供各位参考。

一.自我介绍

注:向客户报价或进一步跟进时,应详细向客户解释为什么要如此报价,或者介绍我们对该项目的优势,表达对该项目的信心。切忌干巴巴的丢几个数字给客户就算了事,这样对待对方,客户也会视我们如“鸡肋”…
