Developing performance management systems to motivate employees and providing continuous development opportunities are other areas that provide strategic advantages to organizations. Managing change and leading or participating in reengineering or restructuring programs to ensure the retention of key employees furthers the organization’s ability to meet its goals. Administratively, HR manages compliance issues related to government regulations, maintains employee and benefits records, and ensure the confidentiality of employee information. Operationally, HR professionals manage the employee relations and recruiting functions that requires daily attention to maintain a productive work environment. Another important HR Function role is the organization values and ethics. These include: Ethnical and value statement, Conduct Statement, Honesty ,Integrity, Confidentiality, Conflict of interest, Insider information, Gifts, Personal use of Company assets, Workplace privacy, Fairness.
