A job from English into Simplified Chinese was assigned to us from EURO-COM. About project: The Source file format was MS Word. There were also two same PDF for references. Delivery time was the same day and there were some words didn’t need to be translated mentioned in email. Questions CCJK found: 1. Two words were missing in source Word file compared with PDF; 2. The order of two sentences in source Word file was different from they are in PDF. CCJK Solution: 1. During the translation, our translator found that there were two words missing in Word source file but the PDF contained. Then our Account Manager got contact with client about the situation and asked if we needed to add the two words into source file, and then translated them. After received the reply from client, we added translation. 2. When checked translation contents, our PM discovered that the order of two sentences in source Word file was different from they were in PDF. Our Account Manager wrote the situation in delivery email to client and reminded client to do change if needed. CCJK is always ready to offer perfect services to our client.
