    Freelance Translators

    Freelance translators are responsible for translation of files irregularly assigned by project managers. Each completed translation will be strictly edited and proofread by an in-house editors and proofreader to ensure correctness, accuracy and textual fluency. So it's important to pay close attention to the above said aspects of translation if you want to acquire more projects from us.

    To be a qualified contracted translator, the candidate should:

  • Have at least three years' experience in translation.
  • Be familiar with at least three industries.
  • Always meet deadlines as reasonable.
  • Be skilled in translation tools such as Trados 6.5, 7.0, SDLX and Transit etc.
  • Be willing to take a short test for free to be qualified as our vendors.
  • In-house Translators

    The in-house translators are responsible for translation of files routinely assigned by project managers. Each translation should be correct, accurate and fluent in the target language without any missing text. To ensure the highest quality, a TEP (translation, editing and proofreading) process will be implemented for each ongoing project. Translators should pay close attention to every aspect of translation as described above.

    To be a qualified in-house translator, the candidate should:

  • Have at least three years' experience in translation.
  • Be familiar with at least two industries.
  • Be capable of working under pressure.
  • Know the importance of teamwork.
  • Be willing to accept a three month training program.
