AHK Greater China is the official delegation of German industry and commerce in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Their member organizations include more than 1,900 German companies in Greater China, and through our brand ‘de international', they offer comprehensive services to advocate Sino-German business cooperation.
Since 1981, their offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Taipei have supported German companies with market entries, searches for business partners, training and development, as well as business events.

About The Project:

AHK Greater China approached us to translate technique documentation and maintenance plans from English to Chinese. The project necessitated a high level of expertise and precision in both languages, as it involved crucial information about techniques and maintenance procedures.

• Our team was in contact with the client through chat and phone calls to closely assess the client’s requirements, including language tone, subject matter, and preferred terminologies.
• Once all requirements were clearly communicated, we created a project plan and assigned it to suitable linguists, editors, and project managers.
• To ensure a high-quality outcome, we adopted the TAP (translation, editing and proofreading) approach.
• The client wanted a 100% human translation; the translation project was managed by human translation only, and no machine tools were used in the process.
• Throughout the project, we provided regular project status updates and progress reports to clients and got their feedback.
• We followed a rigorous QA testing process to make sure that finalized translations were up to par and met quality standards.
• We delivered 5748 words to the client within 3 days, and the client was impressed by our quality and quick delivery.
